Chapter 6: Dangers on the Road

“Xavier!” Luxor cried as Xavier fell to the ground. Angry, Luxor pulled his sword out of its sheath and went on a rampage. He charged the Ordox, and slashed it across the back. The Ordox felt the pain, and fought back with its talons. It was a tough struggle, but finally, the Ordox grabbed Xavier with its talons, and started to fly. Luxor could see the bird-man making off with his ‘friend,’ so when he was within grasp of Xavier’s foot he grabbed it, putting some more weight on it. It made things harder, but with determination, it lifted both of them and soared higher than the trees. At the same time, it was struggling to fight the two swords coming at it. Luxor managed to climb around it to its back, and as it was distracted by Xavier, he stabbed it in the head. All at once, the world seemed t be moving faster as the three plunged to the ground.
