“Who are you?” The king demanded.
“We are friends. We’re on a quest to defeat the Rouge Queen to bring peace to the land and to get these two homes.” Xavier explained.
“How can I trust you? This here almost wiped out my people. Prove to me you are friends.”
Arthur looked at Luxor, and understood him as they both dropped their weapons at the king’s feet.
“It’s hardly our fault. Your people-” Arthur started.
“Is it? I didn’t tell you to grab that sword and swing it, now did I?” The king said.
“Well, no, but your people attacked us. It was self-defense.”
“Oh, sorry for the attack. We don’t know who to trust nowadays with the Rouge Queen in charge. One moment a guy’s your best friend and the next he works for her.”
“We’re four people you can trust. So, can you release me?”
“Of course NOT! You still need to be punished.”
“That’ll delay us!” Arthur complained.
“Not my fault.” The king started to fly away.
“Wait!” Xavier cried. The king stopped and turned around. “Wait! Maybe we could do you a favor for his release.”
“Well,” the king started. “There is no better reward than seeing me and my people defeating the queen with you.”
“DEAL!” Luxor shouted before the king could finish.
“I’ll send you my best men immediately.” A swarm of 100 pixies flew out of a tree. “You’ll be going with them on this, quest.” The king released Arthur and sent his pixies with the group.
