Xavier and Luxor froze, and shifted first their eyes, then their heads, followed by their bodies. Sure enough, an Ogre had heard them arguing while hunting and decided to see what was going on. Raising his club, he charged towards the group, groaning. Xavier saw this, so he grabbed Arthur, Amy, and Luxor, shouting, “run! Ogres are very dangerous.”
“What isn’t dangerous?” Amy asked.
“Currently, nothing.”
The four ran and ran as the Ogre chased them with his club swinging, while Luxor and Xavier hatched a plan. As they neared the big oak, the largest tree of the forest, Luxor and Xavier jumped and caught a branch. They swung over and sat, waiting for something neither Arthur nor Amy knew. The kids stopped and asked what they were doing. “Keep running’ was what they were told, so they did so. The Ogre wasn’t far behind, but when Xavier and Luxor were hovering just a bit ahead of the Ogre, they jumped. Both landed on the Ogre and a struggle began. They had to avoid the club, and got hit and bruised a couple of times, but they managed to knife the head off. Amy shrieked as the head fell down, followed by the body. Xavier and Luxor jumped off and did a perfect landing.
